Day 8. Hard to believe it is day 8 of the 12 Days of Christmas. But here I am, sharing another card created with the Joy of Christmas Product Suite for our 12 days of Christmas Blog Hop. This suite is gorgeous! Let’s dive in….
The Joy of Christmas Product Suite is a mega suite, with two different bundle choices, and 2 different papers to create with. I love that they all coordinate, so you can mix and match to have endless possibilities while you are creating! I used the Joy of Noel Bundle for the wreath, and a sentiment from the Christmas Classics stamp set. I love the fonts in this suite!
For this project, I decided to go with warm and festive, using Pebbled Path, reds and Very Vanilla. I stamped the foliage images in Pebbled Path ink and used Stampin’ Blends Markers for coloring.
I love that this stamp set in the Joy of Noel Bundle has foliage images that make this beautiful wreath! The coordinating die makes it so easy to create multiples.
And have you ever stamped on designer series paper? I love how it can add subtle detail to backgrounds, to really lift your project.

Welcome to the November Color Fusers blog hop and day 6 of the 12 Days of Christmas! Today’s card features the gorgeous Joy of Noel bundle and a coloring technique using Wink of Stella.
And if you have been following Brenda and I this past week, can you believe we are at the half-way point for the 12 Days of Christmas?
The Joy of Noel bundle is part of the Joy of Christmas product suite. It is a beautiful suite, with script fonts and line art images for coloring. I thought it was a great choice for today’s project, which features a classic Christmas color challenge.
This striped designer paper in Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler is from the A Walk in the Forest Designer Series Paper collection. This collection is featured by Stampin’ Up! as a give-back fund raiser for charity. For each pack sold, Stampin’ Up! will donate $3 to charities which help families in need during the holiday season. The patterns in this collection really are phenomenal, and I hope you choose to purchase a pack to help others, while enjoying the art of creating. It’s available in my online store here.
Before I die cut the leafy images, I colored them. To create an amazing shimmery-watercolor look, I stamped an acrylic block into my ink pad, then used my Wink of Stella to pick up the ink and color the images. It is a great look, and a fast, easy, and clean way to color. When done, simply wipe off the tip of the Wink of Stella pen, and it will continue to work normally. It’s so fun! Try it!
To create this card:
Garden Green card base cut 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
designer series paper layer cut 5 1/4″ x 4″
Vellum cardstock layer cut 4 1/4″ x 3 1/4″
Basic white for sentiment 3 1/4″ x 1″
Adhere designer series paper to card front. Stamp foliage image twice in Garden Green ink on Thick Basic White cardstock. Color as desired using Wink of Stella and ink. Color berries with Stampin’ Blends Markers, then die cut. Die cut (2) pine needle pieces from Garden Green cardstock. Arrange foliage and pine needle pieces on vellum. Adhere in place, using dimensionals on some pieces. Adhere vellum layer to card front with dimensionals. Stamp sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink. Trim and adhere to card front. Cut a piece of iridescent ribbon in half lengthwise. Tie a bow, and adhere under the corner of sentiment piece. Embellish as desired. Stamp sentiment inside card in Cherry Cobbler ink.
