It’s already day 5 of 12 Days of Christmas with my friend Brenda Nelson from Stamps & Stretchy Pants! Today I am sharing another simple card using the Throughout the Year stamp set and Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder.
Day 5 of 12 Days of Christmas
This card design is really to showcase an amazing embossing folder. And this one is perfect! I have enjoyed using it a lot for this holiday season’s creations. And it pairs great with almost any sentiment.
The Throughout the Year stamp set offers several sentiment options for so many occasions. I punched this one out with the new Modern Oval Punch from the 2023 September-December Mini Catalog. It has quickly become my go-to punch.
These cool Adhesive-Backed Snowflake Assortment snowflakes are an Online Exclusive. There are so many hidden gems in this section of my online store! Be sure to check it out periodically for some great finds!
To Create the Project
4 1/4″ x 11″ Thick Basic White card base, scored at 5 1/2″
4″ x 5 1/4″ Basic White front layer
Emboss the front layer with an embossing folder of choice and adhere to card front with dimensionals. Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock, and punch with the Modern Oval Punch. Fold a piece of ribbon in half, and adhere to back of sentiment. Adhere sentiment to card front with dimensionals. Embellish with snowflakes. Add a rhinestone to the center of each snowflake. Stamp sentiment inside card with Night of Navy ink.

We are at it again with day 4 of the 12 Days of Christmas! Today I am sharing a simple card made with the Festive & Fun stamp set to have fun with coloring. I hope you have been enjoying the projects my friend Brenda Nelson from Stamps & Stretchy Pants and I have been sharing to get you ready for your holiday creating!
Today’s project is simple, but is perfect to take a little time to color. I used Stampin’ Blends Markers, but you could use your favorite coloring medium. Watercolor pencils would be great too! I pulled in lots of colors to make this project festive & fun – just like the name of the stamp set!
What I like about line art stamps, is you can use any colors you have on hand to color and create a custom image. And each time you can mix up colors to make it look totally different.
To Create this Project
Balmy Blue card base cut 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
Designer Series Paper front layer cut 5″ x 3 3/4″
Balmy Blue layer cut 3 3/4″ x 2 3/4″
Basic White Deckled Rectangle 3 1/2″ x 2 1/8″
Adhere designer series paper to card base. Stamp image in Memento Black ink on white rectangle and color as desired with Stampin’ Blends. Adhere stamped image to smaller Balmy Blue layer. Stamp sentiment beneath image in Night of Navy ink. Tie a white twine bow around layer and adhere to card front with dimensionals. Stamp sentiment inside card in Night of Navy ink.
Thank You

Welcome back to day 3 of the 12 Days of Christmas with Brenda Nelson – Stamps and Stretchy Pants and I! Today I am sharing a super easy fun fold using the Beary Christmas Memory & More products.
Every Christmas, I turn to the Memory & More products to create quick, easy and super cute cards! This year is no exception. The Beary Christmas Suite is absolutely adorable! I loved using the Memory & More Cards to create a ton of easy cards.
Creating the Pocket
Creating a pocket card could not be easier! For this card, I simply added a strip of Tear and Tape along the 2 sides perpendicular to the fold, to seal up 3 of the 4 edges. Then added a cute insert.
I used Wink of Stella to splatter sparkles over the front to look like snow. The sticker sheets included in the Memory & More Cards worked beautifully to create the adorable family of bears on the front, as well as the sentiment. After arranging these in place, I created the insert.
For the insert, I chose a large Memory & More card and trimmed it as needed to slide easily in and out of the pocket. The sentiment was fussy cut from a second card and layered onto the insert card. I save all the little scraps when creating with these cards. The little strips work well for layering, and other elements, like this pull tab. I stapled it in place, then tied a gold bow around it using Simply Elegant Trim.
To finish it off, I added some Glitter Sequins on the front for a little bling.
Thank You
