Hello, I’m Melanie – the Owner, Designer, Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Fun Maker at Mel’s Inky Fingers. My Stampin’ Up! story, began in 2000, when I became curious about the craft of rubber stamping. The timing was perfect, when a coworker invited me to her Stampin’ Up! card class, and the demonstrator had me at step 1!
It’s almost magical, making beautiful things, simply by inking a stamp!
It is hard to believe that was over 15 years ago, and I have made every.single.card I have shared with others since! And since that first card was made, it has become so much more than just stamps, ink and paper. There has been endless fun, amazing friendships from around the world, personal accomplishments, incredible trips and so much learning!
I love teaching the art of papercrafting!
Sharing it is something special to offer others. I enjoy hosting classes and fun events each month in person, on-line on cruise ships, and anywhere else I can find a great space. From cards to memory books to altered art or home decor, there is always something exciting to explore together. And the projects we make to share with others is priceless.

I also lead the incredible team of Mel’s Inky Fingers, a group of fun, talented and enthusiastic stampers, who also share the love of paper crafting. We meet every month for sharing, training, friendship and learning together, both in person, and virtually.

Stampin’ Up! events!
One of my favorite things to do and an awesome reasons to get away! They are straight up FUN ! The training and excitement they offer are second-to-none! I have met friends from all around the world, whom I work, train, and hang with. And being invited to present at a Stampin’ Up! event in front of hundreds of talented demonstrators from around the world, is one of the greatest honors I have received — twice!
