I had so much fun creating this card using the Seascape Bundle from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. The dies are fabulous! This card was one of several created for an event I co-hosted with my stampin’ friend Kurstan Del Rosario. We had so much fun sharing these projects!
Seascape Bundle Seahorse Friend
The seahorse is my favorite! Today’s card features him as the focal point. I made him extra-dimensional by using a Foam Adhesive Sheet. Foam adhesive sheets are doubled-sided adhesive foam. Simply adhere a piece to your cardstock before die cutting, to create a thick, foam-backed element. It is such an easy way to add dimension to your project!

And how about this designer series paper? This pattern is from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper Pack, and this pattern could not be more perfect for today’s project. To complete this card, I pulled in die cuts using the Smooth Sailing and Potted Succulent Dies to create the perfect cluster of sea life for the seahorse to nestle in.

Thanks for joining us on the Color Fusers June 2021 Blog Hop where I am featuring a card using the Artistically Inked Bundle and the 2021-2023 In Colors.
It was really fun to create today’s project, as I love the new In Colors. I have used all of them already…a lot! So, I grabbed one of the cool new bundles from the Annual catalog, and got to work.
The Artistically Inked bundle is simply gorgeous. I thought it was the perfect choice this month, because this open die is perfect to allow the beautiful In Colors to show through, and the stamp set imagery looks like an ink wash, with so much detail and texture. I love it! I pulled the large watercolor stamp, and went to town with the In Colors.
After adding the ink, I embossed the background, then added the amazingly detailed die cut to the front. It’s so simply, but striking and lovely. And check out the label for the sentiment. Isn’t it perfect? It was die cut with the Messages Die. That die cuts 19 label dies with one pass! And it has 2 stamp sets to use with as well, to create 19 stamped labels in a snap. So cool!
To create this project:
- Cut a Thick Basic White card base 4 1/4″ x 11″, score at 5 1/2″
- Cut a Basic Black layer 3 3/4″ x 5″
- Cut a Basic White layer 3 5/8″ x 4 7.8″
Stamp the watercolor image repeatedly in different colors of your choice. I used In Colors. Emboss with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder. Tie ribbon around layer and add to card front. Die cut the large detailed floral die from Basic Black cardstock and adhere to card front. Splatter with Polished Pink ink. Stamp sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a die cut label from the Messages Die, and adhere to card front. Embellish with In Color Jewels.

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Annual Catalog Blog Hop where we are sharing projects from the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.
These projects were shared at our team event to kick-off the new Annual Catalog. It was fun to create and share with fellow Luv 2 Stampers and my team!
Today’s project is packed full of new Annual catalog product. I have been creating a lot with the Color & Contour Bundle, which includes possibly my favorite set of new dies, the Scalloped Contour Dies. So I used it yet again! See another project using this bundle here.
I also used the absolutely -aaahmazing- In Color Shimmer Vellum. It is so shimmery and gorgeous, and includes all 5 new In Colors in one pack. I love it!
I loved working with the vellum. It is hard to appreciate the shimmer in the photos! But if you look closely, you may see it.
To Create this Project:
- cut a 4″ x 2″ piece of Basic White cardstock
- die cut a Scalloped Contour rectangle to fit sentiment (I used second to smallest)
- cut a 3/4″ x 12″ strip of coordinating Shimmer Vellum
Wrap strip of vellum around an Ombre Git Bag, and secure well on the back. Stamp splatters on label in coordinating ink. Add sentiment in Memento Black ink and adhere to vellum. Stamp floral image in Memento Black ink, and color with coordinating Stampin’ Blends. Die cut, and adhere to label. Fancy it up with a silver cord bow and Silver Epoxy Essentials embellishments.
