I love quick wins, and today I’m sharing a 3-step card made with the Snowflake Kisses Bundle. So fast and easy, with gorgeous detail created with the die cut background!
This time of year, we all get short on time. And when you can create a beautiful card in 3 steps, it makes getting your holiday cards done in a snap! The magic happens with the amazing background die in the Snowflake Kisses Die set. It not only creates the gorgeous die cut layer, but also the center circle for a sentiment, all with one cut!
I added the background to the card front using Foam Adhesive Strips along the edges to create incredible depth. It’s shadowy in the photos, but in person, it’s gorgeous!
For extra detail, I also pulled in North Pole Delivery Designer Series Paper behind the die cut layer. The beautiful dot pattern works perfectly to create contrast.
The sentiment is from the Snowflake Kisses Stamp Set and stamped in my favorite – Secret Sea ink- on the die cut circle created when cutting the background.
Project Variation
The second project is a variation, using different colors and changing up the center. I used the graph pattern from the same patterned paper collection and Real Red Cardstock. The coordinating ribbon and embellishments are Delightful Decorative Dots and Shiny Real Red Ribbon. Both of these are on the Last Chance list and discounted, making them a great deal!
For the center, I substituted the detailed circle die from the Snowflake Kisses Die Set. This die can be used alone as shown, or layered with the circle die used on the first project.
Inside the card, I used a scrap. And since it was not wide enough, I added one of the adorable ephemera pieces from the paper collection! Such a great way to use up scraps.
Such a beautiful project, and so simple and fun to make!
To Create This Card
Card Base: Balmy Blue Cardstock 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5-1/2″
Front Layer: Balmy Blue Cardstock 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″
Designer Series Paper: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ (front) and 3-3/4″ x 5″ (inside)
Adhere designer series paper layer to card front. Wrap a ribbon bow around card front, centering bow. Die cut front Balmy Blue layer and adhere to card front using Foam Adhesive Strips. Position ribbon bow inside circle opening. Stamp sentiment in Secret Sea ink on die cut circle, and adhere to card front in circle opening. Embellish card with rhinestones. For the inside, adhere designer series paper layer and stamp sentiment in Secret Sea ink. For the second project, use Real Red Cardstock in place of Balmy Blue, and die cut the sentiment circle from Very Vanilla Cardstock.
Thank You
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed seeing how easy it is to create with the Snowflake Kisses bundle! Stop back Thursday this week for a second card, and grab the free printable to create them both!

Welcome to the December Color Fusers blog hop! Today I am sharing a really cute project created with the Peace on Earth bundle and a great winter color combo. Thanks for hopping with us!
The Color Fusers are a group of talented demonstrators from around the world that share projects made with the same color challenge. We hop the first Monday of each month. Hop along with us to see what we share, then accept the challenge and create a project of your own – or CASE one of us!
This month’s color challenge includes three of this year’s In Colors, Cloud Cover and Secret Sea, with a pop of color from Strawberry Slush. Secret Sea is my new black! Definitely my favorite color right now.
Look how fun the dimensional envelopes are! These are easy to make by layering multiple pieces together.
Cool Tip: to create interest to your projects, create dimension to the smaller elements by simply layering multiple pieces together.
The Peace on Earth Bundle is from the Peaceful Garden Suite. This suite is beautiful with blues and grays, and gorgeous matching glimmer paper! All of these suite products can be found in the September – December 2025 Mini Catalog. Today’s project really shows the versatility of the suite.
To Create This Project
Card Base: Thick Basic White 4-1/4″ x 11″
Postage Layer: Strawberry Slush cardstock die cut with the largest Perennial Postage Die
Peaceful Garden Designer Series Paper: cut 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″
Sentiment layer: Basic White cut 3-1/2″ x 1-3/4″
Accent Pieces: Strawberry Slush & Secret Sea Glimmer Paper cut 3-1/2″ x 1/2″
Inside Elements: Secret Sea Glimmer Paper cut 3-3/4″ x 1/2″ and Strawberry Slush Cardstock cut 3-3/4″ x 5/8″
Stamp sentiment on Basic White layer in Secret Sea ink, then adhere glimmer paper strip to bottom edge. Adhere Strawberry Slush strip to glimmer paper. Cut a 6″ piece of Secret Sea ribbon. Pull the end thread to completely fray the ribbon. Wrap some long strands of ribbon around the layer to rest over the Strawberry Slush section and adhere ends to back of designer series paper. Adhere layer to die cut, then adhere die cut to card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the detail elements, create a set of dimensional envelopes by adhering 3 envelopes together. Adhere to card front as shown. Add stars, and fill in with flower embellishments. Tie a ribbon bow and adhere with a Mini Glue Dot.
To finish the inside, adhere the glimmer paper and Strawberry Slush strips together and adhere along bottom of card. Add remaining envelope to strip. Stamp sentiment in Secret Sea ink.
Thank You
