Thanks for hopping with us for the July Color Fusers Blog Hop! I was happy to have a new In Color in our color challenge so I could use the new In Color Gingham Gallery Designer Series Paper with the Heirloom Boutique Bundle. I’m loving this gingham!

I love this little posy. It’s from the Heirloom Boutique die set. This set has a lot of sizes to choose from. The posy is playful and fun, and perfect to pair with this Gingham Gallery Designer Series Paper. This paper just launched, and I have a feeling it’s going to be popular!

Adding small details can make a big impact.
After die cutting all the flowers, I added color by flicking a Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Marker. I then used a Crisp Cantaloupe Shimmer Brush to add some sparkle. Easy, fun, and it helps the flowers pop.

To Create this Project
- Thick Basic White Cardstock: 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″ card base
- Basic White Cardstock: 3 3/4″ x 2″
- Crisp Cantaloupe Cardstock: 3 3/4″ x 5″, die cut (5) flowers
- Cloud Cover Cardstock: die cut (5) flower centers
- Designer Series Paper: 3 3/4″ x 3 1/4″
- Shimmering Stripes Specialty Paper: cut (2) 3 3/4″ x 1/4″
Stamp sentiment on Basic White layer in Crisp Cantaloupe ink, then adhere to top of Crisp Cantaloupe layer. Adhere designer series paper (DSP) to bottom of Crisp Cantaloupe layer. Add Shimmering Stripes strip along top of DSP. Splatter flowers with Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends. Layer Crisp Cantaloupe Shimmer Brush onto flowers. Adhere flower centers with a Stampin’ Dimensional. Adhere flowers to card front with liquid glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals. Tie a Linen Thread bow and adhere to flower with a glue dot. Color rhinestones with a Stampin’ Blends Marker and add to card front. Add remaining Shimmering Stripes strip and flower inside card.
