Today I am sharing one of my favorite bundles from the 2019 Occasions catalog called Well Said. This is a huge stamp set, with a coordinating die set called Well Written. This bundle allows you to create custom sentiments and greetings galore for any project. And I love the script font of the dies! They can be purchased separately, or in a bundle at a discount!

The Well Written dies are not only versatile, but so easy to customize. I was quickly able to create the perfect play on words for my sentiment by cutting out the 'a' in happy, and replacing it with the 'o' cut from the love die, to make this punny greeting.
To recreate this card:
- Cut a piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2"
- Cut a piece of Call Me Clover designer series paper 3 3/4" x 5"
- Cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock 3 5/8" x 4 7/8"
I used a sponge brayer with Pool Party ink to add a bit of color along the bottom edge of the Whisper White layer, than added the lily pad, which was cut using the Layering Ovals framelits. After stamping the frog, I colored him with Granny Apple Green and Pineapple Punch Blends, did a little fussy cutting, and put him on his lily pad with a dimensional. A Flirty Flamingo flower cut from the Well Written dies was the perfect accent on the lily pad.

I am happy to be hopping with the Color Fusers this month! Join us the first Monday of each month as we create using the same color palate. This month includes one of my favorites, Gorgeous Grape!
I love the teapot in the Tea Together stamp set from the 2019 Occasions catalog. And as part of the Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration promotion, the coordinating Tea Time Framelit dies are FREE with a qualifying purchase!
This month, I choose to create an elegant card using shimmery white cardstock, and used the Smoky Slate for depth, allowing the Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape to add the perfect pop of color.
To recreate this card:
- Cut a Shimmery White card base 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2"
- Die cut the left edge of the cardbase with the Delicate Lace edgelit die
- Cut a Shimmery White layer 3 1/2" x 5 1/4" and emboss using the FREE Country Floral Sale-A-Bration embossing folder
- Cut a 1/2" x 3 1/2" strip of Smoky Slate cardstock
- Use a Highland Heather ink wash over Shimmery White cardstock, than stamp and die cut the teapot and flowers
The ink wash gives the teapot a subtle bit of color. I added more ink to the wash for the flowers. To create depth, layer several Smoky Slate teapots behind the white tea pot. Little die cut scraps from the Delicate Lace edgelit die work perfectly to add detail to the teapot. A strip of Smoky Slate cardstock grounds the teapot and adds a great base for the Gorgeous Grape striped ribbon. For the finishing touch, I added some Glitter Enamel Dots to the centers of the flowers.
