It is definitely a sweet day! Today we say hello to the new 2019 Holiday Catalog.

And I have made a sweet card for the occasion, with one of my favorite bundles, Harvest Hellos.

I love this bundle! It includes the Harvest Hellos stamp set and coordinating Apple Builder punch.

I had several project ideas for this bundle and this is one of the first projects I made when I got my Holiday products. I could hardly wait to share it with you today. It is my favorite!!
I pulled in another exciting item from the Holiday Catalog – Shimmery Crystal Effects! This is a staple product that you need to add to your next order! It can be used to add accents to your projects, but is also a fabulous adhesive!

Stampin' Tips:
- Add Shimmery Crystal Effects to your projects for detail and dimension.
- Create custom sentiments by stamping multiple sentiments and cutting the words apart to add to your project!

Check out these projects that I shared the other day, and I still have one more coming soon!
What do you think?
Don't you love this? Once you start playing, you won't be able to stop!

To create this card:
- cut a Real Red card base 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
- cut a Real Red front layer 4" x 5 1/4", embossed with the Subtle embossing folder
- cut 2 Whisper White layers at 3 1/8" x 4 1/8" and 3" x 4"
Stamp the smaller Whisper White layer with the Buffalo Check background stamp in Memento Black ink and layer onto the larger white layer, than add to the Real Red front layer. Punch a Real Red and Soft Suade apple. Fussy cut the Soft Suade apple to look like caramel, than cover it with Shimmery Crystal Effects. When dry, adhere to apple. Stamp sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings, cut words apart, and add to the card front. Enjoy!

Welcome back! We are here today with another great Color Fusers blog hop. Thank you for joining us!

The colors this month were a little tough for me, but I think this project turned out adorable! I decided to give you a sneak peek of what's to come on Wednesday – the 2019 Holiday Catalog!
It is nothing short of amazing!

This little diddy was made using the Harvest Hellos bundle, which includes the Harvest Hellos stamp set and Apple Builder punch. I love that it includes an apple and pumpkin, with adorable sentiments for both! I choose the apple, and will give this to a team member who just had surgery.
What do you think, will this cheer her up?
I made a watercolor apple using both Rococo Rose and Merry Merlot inks on our new Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, and WOW! I love this paper! It was the first time I had used it, and I was really happy with how well the colors blended. And the paper did not warp, which was awesome!

To create this card:
- Cut a Rococo Rose card base 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
- Cut a Rococo Rose layer 3 3/4" x 5" for the front
- Cut a strip of designer paper 1 1/4" x 3 1/2"
- Cut a Whisper White layer 2 1/2" x 2 3/4"
Watercolor an area large enough for the apple with Rococo Rose and Merry Merlot inks, and a smaller area with Mossy Meadow ink using the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. After the watercolor dries, stamp the apple, stem and leaves, and punch with the Apple Builder punch. Create a fun background by repeatedly stamping the apple on the front layer in Rococo Rose ink. Layer the watercolor apple with some designer paper and a strip of Rococo Rose ribbon.
Stampin' Tip:
This beautiful 1/2" scalloped linen ribbon comes in all 5 of the 2019-2021 In Colors. I wanted the Rococo Rose portion of this ribbon behind my apple, so I trimmed the scallop away from the linen. It makes this ribbon even more versatile!

Because this stamp set is so cute, I wanted to show you this pumpkin card as well, which I had already shared.

Isn't this adorable? I think this bundle is so fun! If you would like the Harvest Hellos bundle, Come To Gather designer paper, or any other Stampin' Up! products, click on any of the images below to go to my store. And remember, ordering from the Holiday catalog will be available September 4th!

I love Fall!
It brings so many things which I enjoy: crisp cool air (which means warm cozy clothes), apples & pumpkins, and the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog! And although the crisp cool air and cozy clothes part just isn't happening (yet), I have discovered the first of the fall apples are awesome, and so is this!!

Introducing: the amazing new 2019 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog!
It is packed with awesomeness! From stamps, punches, paper and embellishments, I love far to much of it! And than I saw this, the Boo to You stamp set. I have been wanting a monster stamp set for awhile, so this made me very happy!
As soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted to make a pop up card! This gem is the result.

The card base was created by tracing the outside of a Coffin Treat Box lid on a folded piece of Basic Black cardstock, than adding texture with the new Hammered Metal embossing folder. Wait……coffin treat box? Yup! Those are in there too! And this embossing folder will be used a ton!

Okay — let's talk about something that is genius……Coffin treat boxes! They are awesome! They are pre-cut and scored, making them a snap to assemble and fill with your favorite Halloween treat! I have a cool treat in mind, and may just have to show you in an upcoming post!
And did you see the coffin wreath posted on my Facebook page? Check it out if you haven't! Grab some of these cool treat containers while you can, because I have a feeling they won't last long!! Ordering starts September 4th.

Back to the monsters! I started by creating a zombie for the front. He was colored with a variety of Stampin' Blends, than fussy cut. I also used Monster Bash designer paper for some contrast. The interesting background piece is the web patterned paper from the same collection cut with the Under the Sea dies, and Monster Bash Enamel Shapes for the eyes.

The pop-up monster on the inside was also colored with a variety of Stampin' Blends, than fussy cut. A strip of window sheet works perfectly to make him pop!

I thought he would be extra cute holding a sign, so I punched a little hole through the monster's paws, and tied a piece of the Granny Apple Green twine from the Tags & More kit through the holes. I added a strip of cardstock over the twine for the sign.
Stampin' Tips:
- The twine is white with 1 ply of color. Unraveled the plys to pull the colored ply out to use as a solid color twine.

To create this card:
- Trace the coffin treat box lid onto a Basic Black card base cut 11" x 4", scored at 5 1/2"
- Cut the designer paper strip for the front 1" x 3 1/2"
- Cut a strip of window sheet 1/2" x 4", scored at 1/2", 2", and 3 1/2"
The net die from the Under the Sea dies works perfectly to create a wicked web layer behind the zombie. Repeatedly stamp the Boo to You sentiment on Pumpkin Pie cardstock in Versamark ink, before punching out with the Starburst punch to layer on the front. The Monster Bash Enamel Shapes have little dots that work perfectly for dimensional eyes.
So what do you think? Are you excited to get your copy of the Holiday catalog? If you don't have a demonstrator, and live in the US, I would love to provide a copy to you! Just send me an email with your request, and I will get one on it's way.
