Thanks for hopping with the Color Fusers today where we are sharing the new 2025-2027 In Colors! These colors will launch tomorrow in the new Annual Catalog!
Each year, there are a couple of new In Colors I love, but this set might be my #1 all time favorite! I just love them all, and they coordinate amazingly! Today, I am sharing the same project made with each of the new colors. I pulled in lots of new products!
I used the Thankful Garden Bundle for the floral image. This bundle is gorgeous, and includes a set of masks for coloring the images in a snap. It’s available now in my online store. I kept the color minimal on this project to just let the new In Color shine!
The More Messages Bundle has already had a workout in my craft room. The sentiments are the perfect size, and I love the shapes of the labels. I had to reach for it for today’s projects. It will be available tomorrow!
I would love to show you the star of the show for these colors, but, like my children, I can’t pick a favorite. At least…yet! I have been creating -a lot- with these colors, and I am reaching for them all! Let’s dive in!
2025-2027 In Colors
Each year Stampin’ up! introduces 5 new In Colors. These trend colors are always fun to work with, and this year is no exception. They are Strawberry Slush, Darling Duckling, Timid Tiger, Cloud Cover and Secret Sea. All the new 2025-2027 In Colors will be available tomorrow with the launch of the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog!
Strawberry Slush
A great moderate intensity cool pink. It’s a returning favorite from an In Color collection several years ago. I will reach for this when Melon Mambo might be a bit too strong, or when I want a solid pink. Hands down, it’s a real winner in the pink department!
Darling Duckling
This is a unique yellow, with a green hue. It will work perfectly for foliage and florals, as well as pairing with blues and greens. It is a great combo with the other In Colors, bringing brightness to the collection.
Timid Tiger
A soft orange that will be a favorite for so many things – birthday, all occasion, florals, fall creations … It’s a modern update to Pumpkin Pie, and is going to make an amazing pairing with blues!
Cloud Cover
The baby of Balmy Blue and Smoky Slate. I love it! It fills a color gap and is going to be used a ton in my craft room. It will work great for anything, and will be a great choice for masculine cards. And it goes with Secret Sea like peanut butter and jelly!
Secret Sea
I have replaced my black ink pad with Secret Sea for now, and I have not regretted it yet! This is like a smoky navy black – just love it!
To Create this Project
- Card base in color of choice cut 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored a 5-1/2″
- Die cut layer in matching color to card base 3-3/4″ x 5″ (Textured Notes Dies)
- Designer Series Paper (DSP) layer cut 2-7/8″ x 4-3/8″
- Basic White layer 3-1/2″ x 4″ for stamping/die cutting flower (Thankful Garden Bundle)
- Secret Sea label (die cut with More Messages)
Adhere DSP to second largest Textured Notes die cut, than adhere layer to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Stamp floral image in Secret Sea ink. Blend floral centers with coordinating mask in an In Color ink of choice, and die cut with coordinating die. Adhere flower to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Stamp sentiment in Versamrk ink on Secret Sea label. Heat with Heat Tool, then adhere to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Embellish with 2025-2027 In Color Pearls and a black twine bow.
