Welcome to the June 2023 Color Fusers blog hop where I am sharing a project created with the Masterfully Made designer series paper, and coordinating Gorgeously Made Dies.

I love this month’s color combination featuring our new pink, Bubble Bath. It is a beautiful soft pink and I have already used it quite a bit on my projects since it’s debut. We are also featuring Pretty Peacock, a returning past In Color favorite!

For this project, I used Bubble Bath for the card base, and reached for the Subtles 6×6 Color Assortment Designer Series Paper Stack to also use it for a full card front. These color assortment pack prints always add a great touch to any project!

I pulled in this Pretty Peacock layer and create contrast for the other elements. This layer was created using the beautiful Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper. This unique paper pack has bright bold patterns and some blending prints, including this floral print. It worked perfectly on this project. This month, Stampin’ Up! has Designer Series Paper on sale, and this new paper is included!

This paper was layered together with some Pool Party to create contrast for foliage pieces die cut from the More Dazzle Specialty Paper. I dressed it all up a bit more with Pool Party Grosgrain Ribbon and Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems.

For the sentiment, I used the Happy Labels stamp set. This set is a perfect all occasions stamp set, and I love the fonts!

This is probably my most used stamp set since the new annual catalog launched.

To Create this Card

• Bubble Bath card base 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″
• Designer Series Paper layer in Bubble Bath 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
• Pool Party cardstock 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
• Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper 3 3/4″ x 4″
• Scrap of Bubble Bath cardstock for sentiment

Fold card base and burnish well at score line. Adhere Bubble Bath designer series paper to card front. Die cut one long edge of the Masterfully Made designer series paper layer with the Gorgeously Made notebook edge die, and layer with Pool Party cardstock offset. Add layer to card front with dimensionals. Die cut (2) foliage pieces from More Dazzle specialty paper and adhere to card front. Stamp sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink on Bubble Bath cardstock and die cut. Cut a piece of Pool Party Ribbon in half lengthwise, and loop behind sentiment before adhere to card front. Embellish as desired with Sparkle Gems.
