Thank you for joining my incredibly creative friend Brenda Nelson and I for our 12 Days of Christmas Blog Share. Today for our 12 Days of Christmas Day 1, I am sharing this Stars Treat Bag. It is a quick, but adorable gift bag perfect for any small treat or gift.

These treat bags have the star pattern die cut into them, making them ready to use right out of the package! I added a couple scraps of designer series paper, and a heat embossed gold sentiment to dress it up a bit. They are sized perfectly for a small gift or treat, and are oh so cute!!

Perhaps you have seen this project? I go live each Friday on my Mel’s Inky Fingers Facebook page at 1pm EST to create with you. I shared this project last week. It was really fun to pull together! Stop by sometime and chat with me as we create together! Or visit to watch how I made this.

Scrap Buster

I love scrap busters. Scrap busters are projects that I can pull whatever scraps I have and use them. This is one of those projects. Pull any bits of designer series paper, and add them to your bag, and it will be adorable! I used Sweetest Christmas Designer Series Paper for this project. I trimmed using the Banners Pick-A-Punch to add a decorative end before adding to the bag. This little sentiment from the Jingle Jingle Jingle Stamp Set was so cute heat embossed in gold. I also used the cute candy cane image from the same stamp set as an accent.

To finish it off, I added a gold cord bow using the Simply Elegant Trim pack, and some gold sequins from the Seasonal Sequins pack.

Thank You
